{"id":22460,"date":"2026-07-17T22:36:43","date_gmt":"2026-07-17T21:36:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hornchurchbells.co.uk\/main\/?p=22460"},"modified":"2026-07-17T22:36:44","modified_gmt":"2026-07-17T21:36:44","slug":"bell-ringers-dinner-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hornchurchbells.co.uk\/main\/2026\/07\/17\/bell-ringers-dinner-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"Bell Ringers\u2019 Dinner 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On Saturday 8<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0November, the bell ringers were joined by Revd Ken Wylie for our annual dinner at Marygreen Manor in Brentwood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There were 40 bell ringers and friends in total and we were fortunate enough to have a room to ourselves for pre-dinner drinks and then the restaurant to ourselves for the main event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Clive started by welcoming everyone, especially Ken and then we thought about ringers who couldn\u2019t be with us due to ill-health; Ray Rogers and George Hull are currently being cared for in nursing homes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ken remembered them in our prayers as well as the family of Roger Butt who recently passed away.
